General informations

All participants must be capable of riding the bicycle safely and maintaining perfect equilibrium both in ascent and descent
The level of difficulty will be established on the basis of the length of the route,  the variation of the gradient in ascent and the type of trail.
The opportunity to try out the electric bicycle for rent is guaranteed before departure in order to allow the customer to gain some confidence with the bicycle.
You are responsible for the bicycle, and every eventual damage or theft, please use it as if you were the owner.

Hygiene rules:
There will be a sanitized helmet provided. All water will be provided exclusively from sealed bottles. Your safety is our main concern at Fiesole Go. We rigorously respect every regulation and protocol in order to protect your health and safety.

Clothing
It is very important to choose appropriate clothing. It is recommended that you use padded bike shorts, bike shoes or gym shoes, a rain/wind jacket in case weather conditions are not favorable. 
Minors under the age of 18yrs of age must be accompanied by an adult (parent or guardian).

Booking
Bookings will be confirmed after we have received the payment of 50% of the total price of the service. 

Cancellation Policy
The tours may be canceled by the client without suffering any penalties at least 7 days prior to the commencement of the tour. The cancellations received with less than 7 days notice will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit already payed in the booking phase, equal to 50% of the total price.

Changes or cancellation of programme
Fiesole Go reserves the right to be able to modify or cancel the tour due to adverse weather conditions or for reasons that could place the participants at danger or risk,
Fiesole Go in the provision of all services is committed to ensure compliance with all active health protocols related to the Covid 19 pandemic. In particular, the services are provided so that they respect social distancing, the sanification of the settings used, and limited access, and all other requirements required by the authorities.

Sanification and Hygiene
All materials utilized by the clients during the rental including the parts of the bike that come in to direct contact with the user ( seat, handlebars) are sanitized before and after use.
